Our legacy spans over three decades, delivering training programs across the UK and beyond. We’ve been busy creating and delivering bitesize sales workshops to six-week onboarding inductions for 1st and 2nd-line customer service operators, first-time Leadership programmes and much more.

Established in 2008 by Gareth Hill and his wife, Jules, Brenell Training isn’t just about delivering solutions; it’s about forging connections and inspiring people to want to change. Our extensive network ensures that transformative solutions in sales, inductions, and customer service are readily accessible wherever you may be.

And if you are wondering how we came up with the name Brenell, after much debate and discussion, my wife felt it should connect with our family, which was a great idea. Our son is called Brennan, and our daughter is called Ellie, and that’s where it came from.
